I'm a little suspicious. Our local schools with uniforms have a sweater (navy blue) that is optional. The sweater this girl is wearing in the picture is ridiculously tight (in my opinion). Is there a sweater as part of the uniform but she doesn't like it and tried to get away with her own skin-tight one? It wasn't mentioned in the article. About the sweater issue.
