   PART 1: Charlie Rose rolled over and died. Kopp seemed like a music man. See THE DAILY HOWLER, 7/10/08.

   Seems to be common sense that good teachers are the most important school improvement. I’d guess we’ll always get some great teachers at a bargain. But at least in metro CA areas I imagine its very hard to afford a house and childrens’ collge educations on a teachers salar.
