Lisbon has hills, views, river/ocean views, tram cars and even a mini-version of San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.

I'm back from my laptop-free vacation in Mallorca and Lisbon, a bit jet-lagged but ready to get back to blogging. Soon.

Apropos of pork, I smoked a 6-lb bone-in pork roast, prime rib style. D-e-e-licious! Just had leftovers for lunch today, and still just as tasty. Otherwise, same old boring stuff, like red pepper shrimp on shirataki noodle, etc.
